COLORREX Pre-painted Color Coil
COLORREX Coil is PPGL pre-painted Galumzinc steel with 55% aluminium, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon for durable roofing and cladding applications.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
COLORREX Coil is PPGL (pre-painted Galumzinc steel) finished with a polyester-based paint system. Its Galumzinc substrate is coated with 55% aluminium, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon for improved corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and long-lasting colour performance.
Compared with conventional zinc-coated PPGI, the brochure reports that PPGL may provide up to five times longer service life. Because aluminium has a lower specific weight than zinc, the same coating weight can also cover approximately 3% more area.
